Today, over 16 rare and culturally significant pepper varieties grow in our fields — each with its own culinary heritage and flavor story. Some are nearly impossible to find in the U.S. and even harder to grow, but we’re committed to preserving their legacy and sharing their flavor with you.

Our peppers are grown on our farm and through trusted regional partners across New York and New Jersey who follow organic or better practices, build healthy soil, and steward the land for the future.

Bottled in glass with aluminum caps to support both sustainability and long-term health. We care deeply about what goes into our bodies and our environment. Microplastics have no place in either. Let's keep it clean.
