Aji Peach

Our hottest sauce delivers a delicious blend of peaches, Aleppo, and Aji Limon chiles. This topping is not a sweet peach. The upfront notes of raisin and cumin from the famed Silk Road Aleppo is followed by the citrus heat of Peruvian Aji Limon that grows from within giving you a pleasant body heat. This rare combo allows you to enjoy your meal while delivering spice in all the right ways. The mild peach is the tasty vessel that holds these chiles together and is a nod to all of the peach orchards near our farm where we grow our peppers from seed. 

Aji Peach is perfect on tuna melts, fish tacos, avocado toast, and mushroom toast. It can also be used as a marinade for shrimp, pork and lighter meats.
